this is basically my eating plan. (just an example) i hope it helps you too!
Breakfast: wheat toast with a small amount of butter, if not plain. Milk or Orange Juice
Lunch: ham & cheese sandwhich on 7 grain bread or wheat bread. Water
Snack (optional): a piece of fruit or munch on some raw veggies with LIGHT dressing. Water
Dinner: Skinless Chicken, corn, & potatoes (no butter/salt). Milk or Icetea
You may also have a snack before bed, but make sure it's at least 4 hours before bed, or else it will sit heavy in your stomach. dont have any carbs either, no bread,potatoes,oatmeal. Have a piece of fruit or a bowl of salad with lite dressing. and have some more water before bed.
make sure when you are loosing weight, you drink plenty of fluids..preferable water because your burning everything out of you. STAY HYDRATED.
